LEDOGAUGE level gauge glass usually made of borosilicate glass and aluminosilicate glass. The glass is manufactured into the strip shape and used in boiler or some instruments for observing the liquid level. There are 2 types of level gauge glass, reflex gauge glass and transparent gauge glass. The production process is strictly in accordance with the DIN7081 standard.
Tubular Level Gauges (Glass/Acrylic Tube) are an excellent choice for measuring liquid levels in low-pressure systems. These gauges are simple to use, cost-effective, and easy to install.
Reflex Type Level Gauges are designed with prism-shaped (grooved) glass that enhances visibility by utilizing the reflection and refraction of light. They are suitable for higher-pressure liquids and feature a robust, compact structure, making them reliable for demanding industrial applications.

Transparent Type Level Gauges are designed with flat transparent glass that allows direct viewing of the liquid levels inside the tank. This type of gauge is suitable for monitoring liquids across all pressure ranges, making it versatile and widely applicable in various industries.

The Bi-Color level gauge type displays the level value through a clear color reflection, with the green part indicating the liquid level and the red part indicating the non-liquid level. It is suitable for use with CCTV cameras to send images to the Control Room.
The Magnetic Level Gauge type reads values using a float that rises according to the liquid level inside the water column. This causes the flapper, a rotating plate, to flip from one color to another, providing a clear indication of the liquid level. It also requires minimal maintenance.
Spare parts for Sight Glass Level Gauges are available in both Reflex type and Transparent type, consisting of gaskets, mica, and cushions. These parts are designed for use in tanks with high pressure and temperature or can be selected based on the specific requirements of the application.
